I have a question I would bet you about anything that this individual has been arrested before, for the driving offenses, ten to one if he was arrested and got off by using a good lawyer, chances are he was using a taxpayers lawyer.
If this individual is found guilty he should receive the maximum penalty, I'm sure it will be another case where weak judicial justice will be applied. Stop catering to everybody that breaks the law, I am beginning to think those of us who are honest taxpayers citizens are getting a raw deals, I guess we can wait till somebody gets killed before we put a stop to this.
