A Norwalk teenager is accused of stealing prescription medication from a family member.
Justin E. Legg, 19, of 520 Milan Ave., Lot 55, was indicted Friday by a Huron County grand jury, charged with theft of drugs.
The fourth-degree felony, which was investigated by the Norwalk Police Department, is punishable by six to 18 months behind bars.
"It appears he used them (the medicine)," Norwalk Assistant Law Director Scott Christophel said.
The female victim reported the theft complaint to police.
"They're family members," Christophel said about the relationship between Legg and the victim.
Police arrested Legg in early June, when he was still age 18, and transported him to the Huron County Jail.
