I would like to point out to all of those here who have judged Stevie by what you have read in the paper, that she is also a human being. She has family who love care and worry about her. Those of you who know nothing about her personal struggles see only a drug abuser who may have done a stupid thing. You know nothing about the hardships she has endured, or what led up to her alleged use. You never saw the beautiful little girl she once was, and you can't feel the pain she and her family are going thru now.
I just left the jail, where I was visiting my niece, Stevie. A beautiful young lady with a sad face and little hope at the moment to prove she is more than what you think she is. I visited her there, with a sad heart. No matter what she is accused of doing, I still see the potential of a beautiful woman beneith the surface. I still see hope. I refuse to turn my back on a little girl whom I have loved since the day she was born.
Those of you sitting in your warm houses high on your pedistools take a moment to thank God this is not one of your loved ones. You need to know that but for the grace of God it could very well be someone you care about being ridiculed here on this forum. As I pray for her, I will remember to pray for you all and your loved ones.

I will start by stating that the bible says" Let he who is innocent cast the first stone". None of you know Stevie for who she is....none of you know the demons she lives with on a daily basis...none of you sat and let her cry on your shoulder as she tried so hard to get her life in order. I did!!!!! She is an incredible human being with a family who has to read all of your sick comments...a family who hurts both with her and for her. Yes, she might have done wrong, but that does not make it hurt any less to sit and watch her struggle through a pane of glass, unable to even give her a hug of support. To those of you who comment, remember....your family could be next!!!!! I hope you can see your 78 year old mother celebrate her birthday visiting one of her grandchildren in jail. None of us will turn our backs on this precious child whom we know has potential to do great things, who we love regardless of her shortcomings. I could have sworn that it said at the top to comment with a modicum of respect.....maybe those high and mighty commenters should look that word up!!!!!
