Bond is $1.75M for man accused of raping 3 kids

Suspect, 24, makes first court appearance.

Bond was set Thursday at $1.75 million for a Toledo man charged with raping three children under the age of 10.

Timothy Bragg, 24, of 729 Walnut St., is being held in the Lucas County jail on seven counts of rape. The charges stemmed from incidents that occurred between December, 2010, and April, 2013, according to the indictment.

Mr. Bragg appeared before Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Dean Mandros, who appointed attorney John Thebes to represent him.

What does a bullet cost these days?

The only thing that will come out of this that is good is that once that piece of work goes to prison he probably won't come out alive :)


We can just hope.


Not saying he's guilty or not, but I do see two words. "Accused" and "suspect".

Mr. Bragg is black, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and 215 pounds, according to jail records.
