A Norwalk woman must serve an additional two months in jail after blowing probation.
Madison Moore, 22, of 41-A Spring St., violated her probation for a second time from the 2010 incident of trafficking heroin, a fifth-degree felony which she has "already done quite a bit of time for," according to her attorney, David Longo.
Moore's violations of her probation included resisting arrest by a Norwalk police officer and changing residency without registering with the court.
Moore admitted to all of the violations and received an additional 60 days in the Huron County Jail.
Moore already has served 230 days of her 12-month sentence. The court "gave you all the opportunities to give you treatment and to help you to change," Judge Jim Conway told Moore.
She had already spent five and a half months in a community-based correctional facility (CBCF) and was not eligible to continue.
