CONFUSED..... (...

Can't help wonder why Norwalk is having their trick or treat night for an hour and a half the night before Halloween. Is it because the 31st could possibly be a bowling night for some of the council members or maybe date night? It is time for our so called city council members to get their heads out of the sand and get on the same page as the other area communities. At least not having it on Halloween gives the parents from other area communities a chance to come to Norwalk and dump their kids off for 90 minutes.
