This program is conducted by the National Automotive Parts Association and is an evaluation of the service strengths and weaknesses of AutoCare Centers. The evaluation is based on surveys in which customers are asked questions regarding their opinion of quality of service received. The survey includes questions regarding efficiency, knowledge and attitude of personnel as well as service satisfaction.

Jake's Radiator recognized

Jake's Radiator, Inc. has received an exceptional rating in the NAPA AutoCare Customer Service Index Program for the third quarter of 2007.

This program is conducted by the National Automotive Parts Association and is an evaluation of the service strengths and weaknesses of AutoCare Centers. The evaluation is based on surveys in which customers are asked questions regarding their opinion of quality of service received. The survey includes questions regarding efficiency, knowledge and attitude of personnel as well as service satisfaction.

The National Automotive Parts Association considers 90 percent positive responses to be a good rating although the National Average for the year to date was 98.93 percent. Jake's Radiator received a positive rating of 99.77 percent for the quarter and a year to date rating of 99.61 percent. This is the 50th quarter in which Jake's has received an exceptional rating.

Jake's Radiator has been serving the area for many years. In the last 25 years, the business has expanded to become a full service repair facility specializing in air conditioning, radiators, and aftermarket electronics. Jake's Radiator has been owned and operated by Howard C. Wilde III since 1982. Wilde is an ASE master certified automotive, heavy-duty truck, and bus technician whose experience dates back to the 1970's. Wilde received his first ASE certification in 1978. He has been named as a top finalist in the national competition for NAPA/ASE technician of the year 11 times since 1995.

RR Donnelley lauds

longtime employees

WILLARD Two longtime employees at RR Donnelley in Willard are celebrating anniversaries this month.

David L. Sowers will celebrate 35 years of service on Oct. 22. He was hired in 1972 as a press takeaway. He has worked his way through the pressroom, as a lead press takeaway, rolltender, 2/C assistant pressman, M/C web assistant pressman, M/C offset press technician, and is currently a press technician II.

Sowers lives in Willard with his wife Gail. They have one child, Jeremy. He is an avid fan, and enjoys hunting and spectator sports.

James "Jim" A. Lindenberger will celebrate 40 years of service on Oct. 23. He was hired in 1967 as a trucker in the bindery. He has worked as a boardcutter, case binderyman, stamping coordinator, a CI associate manufacturing professional and is currently a quality technician II.

He lives in Monroeville with his wife Susan. They have three children, Tom, Tim, and Steve. He enjoys computers, digital photography, and home projects.
