Greenwich appoints new police chief

GREENWICH - The Greenwich Police Department has its new chief. Shelby resident Carl S. Dorsey, 52, is replacing former chief Kevin VerBurg, who resigned June 21 for personal reasons after he moved out of Greenwich.
