Norwalk wins award for comprehensive plan

The Ohio Planning Conference (OPC) presented Norwalk an award for its Comprehensive Plan at a luncheon on Sept. 21 where Gov. Ted Strickland was the keynote speaker. Norwalk was selected for the 2007 award for the top comprehensive plan of "unusually high merit" completed for a small jurisdiction, defined by OPC as communities with less than 100,000 residents.
