3- 29 oz. cans of sweet potatoes, drained
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
Mix first five ingredients with electric mixer or potato masher.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish or 9-inch by 13-inch pan.
Crumb together last three ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
Add pecans over the topping if you wish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
