A Norwalk woman was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after a state trooper reported seeing her drift toward the center lines about six times.
Kirstie L. Bliss, 22, of 246 W. Main St., Apt. F, was stopped about 1:45 a.m. Friday by Trooper William Howard, of the state Highway Patrol, on U.S. 250 in Milan. The trooper reported the woman's breath tested at .125 percent, which is over the .08 limit for drivers in Ohio.
Bliss has a prior DUI conviction, Howard reported.
