Willard hopes grant will help improve test scores

WILLARD Willard City Schools staff is using grant money to increase the number of students taking math and science courses, improve their performance in the subjects, fund professional development for teachers and summer school for incoming freshmen. District curriculum director Laurie Hintz informed the school board of the $26,000 grant at Monday's meeting.
