Tai Chi from Arthritis Foundation

Welsh Physical Therapy, 56 Executive Drive, Norwalk, will offer Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday for five weeks beginning Sept. 11. The group recreational class is designed to provide "joint-friendly" exercise alternative. Participants will learn a flowing sequence of gentle, graceful movements from Sun style Tai Chi. This style is particularly supportive of joint health because it includes agile steps and high stances and can improve mobility, breathing, balance, and relaxation. The class is being offered at a fee of $55 for a five-week session. If registered by Sept. 7 you will receive a $5 discount. To register, call at (419) 668-0146.
