A judge issued an arrest warrant Tuesday morning for a suspected drug dealer who didn't show up for his final pre-trial hearing.

Kurt R. Miller, 29, of Norwalk, is charged with one count of trafficking in heroin in connection with a March 1, 2012 incident. If convicted, he faces six to 12 months behind bars.

Huron County Public Defender David Longo said he didn't know anything about Miller's whereabouts. The defendant most recently was in the Huron County Jail for about one day, having been released Dec. 18 after posting a $5,000 bond.

Miller's original trial date of May 16 was canceled and will be rescheduled once he's arrested.

SURPRISE!!!

So....he doesn't show up for court, he has an arrest warrant out for him. If/when he is caught he will go to court and receive a sentence of Club Rehab. Lord knows he will then skip out of that or get kicked out. This vicious circle happens TOO MUCH.

THey need to catch this guy. He's probably hiding out with Alex Hall slinging their sh#@ together. I don't know how many times Huron County has had Alex Hall by the short hairs and let him go. He probably NARKED on someone. Thats why he isn't in prison right now.

Sitting In The ...

Who would think a drug dealer would be dishonest WHAT A SHOCKER....nothing surprises me anymore, between letting people like this back out in public with evidently very little supervision and that utter failure CBCF I guess it's up to the citizens to crack a few skulls.
