The officer knew the subject and called his name, asking what he was doing in his vehicle in the 2100 block of Harshman Road.
Honestly, the subject said, “I was rolling a blunt.”
Honesty did the subject no favors as he was asked to step from his vehicle, whereupon he was handcuffed. Later, he was allowed to retrieve the money he shoved down his pants prior to the handcuffing.
Those pills in the vehicle, by the way, were Vicodin, of which the suspect had a prescription, except no bottle to prove such.
He was charged with possession of drugs and pills and for marijuana, which was found in a bag in his vehicle.
He was also driven to the Montgomery County Jail.
