Driver charged with DUI

Breath test reveals alcohol content level is a hair above the legal limit.

An area driver's breath tested slightly more than the legal limit in connection with a traffic stop Sunday.

Rick D. Harvey, 41, of Lucas, had a blood-alcohol content level of .087 percent, according to the report by Trooper Jeremy Clemons, of the state Highway Patrol. The legal limit for drivers in Ohio is .08 percent.

Harvey was charged with driving under the influence in connection with the traffic stop at 1:16 a.m. on U.S. 250
