Nursing school recognized

AVERY - The EHOVE school of practical nursing recently received a five-year accreditation from the Ohio Board of Nursing. EHOVE was granted full approval by the Board effective through November 2012. Receiving a certificate of accreditation means that the program complies with the standards specified in the Ohio Administrative Code.

AVERY - The EHOVE school of practical nursing recently received a five-year accreditation from the Ohio Board of Nursing. EHOVE was granted full approval by the Board effective through November 2012.

Receiving a certificate of accreditation means that the program complies with the standards specified in the Ohio Administrative Code.

EHOVE's program was reviewed by Nursing Education Consultant Jennifer Smallwood for the Ohio Board of Nursing in April 2007.

EHOVE LPN school director is Deborah Keller, MS, RN. There are currently more than 125 LPN students enrolled at EHOVE, now in its 16th year of operation. In 2006, EHOVE LPN students posted a 98.55 percent pass rate for the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN), a requirement to work as a practical nurse.
