Scout helps seniors' spirit soar

It's the quintessential "win-win situation:" A Boy Scout does a project that brightens the day of nursing home residents and the youngster attains the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor a Boy Scout can achieve. That is what happened when recent Norwalk High School graduate Phillip Daniel Kraus, 18, built an enabling garden for residents.
