36 people indicted by grand jury

Complicity to commit attempted murder, sexual battery and drug trafficking among the charges filed.

An Erie County grand jury indicted 36 people this week.

The following is the list of people who have been indicted and the charges:

Shane L. Lane on domestic violence.

Anthony A. Loretta on possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, robbery, theft.

James L. Cole, Sr. on possession of cocaine.

Brandon P. Ferrell on aggravated robbery, tampering with evidence.

Stephen Irby on possession of cocaine.

Katie S. Wilson on burglary.

Brittaney M. Bedell on two counts theft.

Aaron E. Wooten on forgery, passing bad checks, escape.

Crystal L. Hogan on forgery, Attempted passing bad checks.

Clifford T. Banks on forgery, passing bad checks.

Donnovan Johnson on felonious assault.

Adam T. Young on breaking and entering, safecracking, tampering with evidence.

Theresa J. Purcell on complicity to commit attempted murder, complicity to commit aggravated robbery.

Nicholas McClellan on complicity to commit burglary, complicity to commit theft, tampering with evidence, safecracking.

Tiffany L. Good on two counts burglary, two counts theft, safecracking.

Melissa L. Webb aka Melissa L. Trevino on three counts sexual battery, three counts rape, theft.

Allan M. Knerr aka Alan M. Knerr on having a weapon while under disability, two counts carrying a concealed weapon.

Tiana S. Cherry on complicity to commit forgery, misuse of credit cards.

Deshawn D. Clinton on four counts non-support of dependents.

Cheri L. Keyes aka Cheri L. Polland on trafficking in drugs.

Cameron A. Harris on possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, two counts possession of drugs, two counts having a weapon while under disability.

Taylor E. Krueger on complicity to commit trafficking in heroin, complicity to commit aggravated trafficking in drugs, assault.

Nicholas A. Taylor on complicity to commit trafficking in heroin, complicity to commit aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in heroin, identity fraud.

Semaj M. Smith on complicity to commit burglary.

Kenneth H. Simmons on complicity to commit burglary.

Carrie M. Ohlmacher on complicity to commit trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs.

James W. Campbell on 13 counts pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Jess W. Rudolph on possession of heroin.

Anthony I. Watson on domestic violence.

Michael S. Potts on preparation of marijuana for sale, forfeiture.

Shawn S. Stevenson on domestic violence.

In addition to those 31 people, six suspects were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges won't be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.
