HIGHWAY PATROL Shannon B. Crouch, 32, of Tiffin, was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control Wednesday on Ohio 162 after her vehicle exited the roadway and struck a culvert and utility pole. She was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center by North Central EMS.

HIGHWAY PATROL

Shannon B. Crouch, 32, of Tiffin, was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control Wednesday on Ohio 162 after her vehicle exited the roadway and struck a culvert and utility pole. She was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center by North Central EMS.

Dennis P. Davie, 38, of 80 New St., Greenwich, was operating a vehicle Wednesday on County Road 82 that struck a deer.

NORWALK FIRE

Responded to 2144 Ohio 61 S. at 12:06 a.m. today for a fire that started in the upstairs bedroom, likely caused by a discarded cigarette. The fire was out upon arrival. The damage was estimated at $2,500. Returned to station at 1:30.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 10:26 p.m. Thursday. Returned to station at 11:30.

Responded to 405 Industrial Parkway at 9:44 p.m. Thursday after a tow-motor struck an alarm. Returned to station at 10:11.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 193 Williams St. at 3:17 p.m. Thursday. Returned to station at 3:45.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 520 Milan Ave. at 3:09 p.m. Thursday. Returned to station at 3:33.

Responded to 138 Norwood Ave. at 2:32 p.m. Thursday for smoke that was coming from the drain. Firefighters told the resident the street department is testing the sewers. Returned to station at 2:50.

Melody L. Clark, 35, no address available, was issued a summons Thursday for an issue with a check.

Harley R. Robertson III, 23, no address available, was cited for disorderly conduct Thursday.

Tammy K. Dewiel, 47, no address available, was cited for disorderly conduct Thursday.

William T. Johnson, 42, no address available, was cited for disorderly conduct Thursday.

Troyce D. Wren, 46, of Texas, was cited for driving with an expired license today.

A Scottwood Road, Willard, resident reported a possible burglary Wednesday.

A West Collins Road, Collins, resident reported telephone harassment Thursday.

A Greenwich-Milan Townline Road, North Fairfield resident reported the theft of fishing equipment Thursday.

An employee of a U.S. 250 business reported vehicle damage Thursday.
