FTMC now provides a newsletter, E-Health Connections, available on our Web site atwww.ftmc.com. The E-newsletter offers you five free services to quickly access the health news and information that's most valuable to you.

FTMC now provides a newsletter, E-Health Connections, available on our Web site atwww.ftmc.com. The E-newsletter offers you five free services to quickly access the health news and information that's most valuable to you.

My Health Newsletter: When you subscribe to this free e-mail newsletter, you pick the health topics you want to know more about. For example, you can sign up for topics such as Health/Fitness, Healthy Diet and other health topics that interest you. Then, each month we'll e-mail you three current articles drawn from more than 350 of the nation's leading health publications and journalson each of the topics you chose.

My Health Reminders: To subscribe, just enter your age and gender. We'll e-mail you free, timely reminders for all of the key health screenings and exams you need to maintain good health. You can sign up everyone in your family if you like!

My Baby Expectations: If you're a soon-to-be new parent, subscribe to this free, monthly e-mail newsletter covering pregnancy, delivery and baby's first year. Timed to your due date, each month's installment steps you through what to expect that month.
