Fly-in event in N.L. a success

NEW LONDON - The fifth-annual Float Fly-in this past weekend at the New London Reservoir was a success, according to Bob James, president of the Firelands Float Flyers. James said around 30 pilots brought remote-controlled sea planes and planes on floats to the event, which was sponsored by the Float Flyers club and Nitro Model Planes.

NEW LONDON - The fifth-annual Float Fly-in this past weekend at the New London Reservoir was a success, according to Bob James, president of the Firelands Float Flyers.

James said around 30 pilots brought remote-controlled sea planes and planes on floats to the event, which was sponsored by the Float Flyers club and Nitro Model Planes.
