Huron County grand jury indicts eight

Charges range from felonious assault to passing bad checks.

Eight individuals were indicted Friday by a Huron County grand jury.

Paul L. Herriott Jr., 34, was indicted on one count of felonious assault.

Joshua P. Lee, 32, was indicted on one count of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of criminal tools.

Rachel A. Bouldin, 21, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property.

Travis R. Lescher, 25, was indicted on one count of possession of heroin.

William G. Brown, 43, was indicted on one count of assault.

Michael T. Robinson, 49, was indicted on one count of passing bad checks.

Cory M. Hartshorn, 25, of Bellevue was indicted on one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor and then another count of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The case involving Jeremiah M. Meacham, of Bellevue, was transferred back to Bellevue Municipal Court to be handled as a misdemeanor. He was indicted on one count of possession of Alprazolam.
