Norwalk native a librarian in Arizona

Jeff Franklin believes he can strongly influence the direction of a new library in Arizona. And for good reason: The former Norwalk resident is the first-ever librarian of the newly opened Dewey-Humboldt Library, in the town 85 miles north of Phoenix. Franklin worked at the Norwalk Public Library for 12 years and moved to Arizona earlier this year. He has been Dewey-Humboldt's librarian for about a month, and is preparing for the library's grand opening.
