Alcohol served in park poses no problem

Well again, Norwalk has been saved from "Demon Rum." It won't be served in a park or outside by any business. The powers that be want an upscale downtown, but say no to something that would maybe help a downtown business.

If Berry's would close and the county build, a new complex, out by the sheriff, then the downtown would finally die a natural death.

Alcohol being served outside or in a park is no problem as I see it.
