Grand jury indicts 18

Suspects accused of robbery, assault and drug charges, among other crimes.

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 18 people.

The following are the people indicted and their charged:

Steven E. Rickenbaugh on domestic violence.

David A. Baughman on possession of drugs, preparation of drugs for sale, forfeiture.

Jackelyn L. Huber on two counts possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drugs.

Michael L. Petersen on grand theft.

Jonathan L. Kochensparger on possession of heroin.

Anthony A. Arnett on failure to verify.

Joseph E. Coley on felonious assault, retaliation, intimidation.

Rudy Cruz, Jr., on two counts receiving stolen property, forgery.

Jason V. Shaver on complicity to commit possession of cocaine, complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Veronica M. Dwyre-Shaver on complicity to commit possession of cocaine, complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Quinton J. Larry on complicity to commit aggravated robbery, complicity to commit felonious assault.

Correy D. Martin on complicity to commit aggravated robbery, complicity to commit felonious assault, obstructing justice.

Sammie J. Whaley on complicity to commit aggravated robbery, complicity to commit felonious assault, obstructing justice.

David W. McPherson on six counts complicity to theft, two counts complicity to misuse of credit cards, two counts complicity to forgery, six counts complicity to receiving stolen property.

Jesse D. Browning on six counts theft, two counts complicity to misuse of credit cards, two counts complicity to forgery, six counts complicity to receiving stolen property.

Shelly N. Wallace on six counts complicity to theft, two counts complicity to misuse of credit cards, two counts complicity to forgery, six counts complicity to receiving stolen property.

Michael R. Ortiz on six counts theft, two counts misuse of credit cards, two counts forgery, six counts complicity to receiving stolen property.

In addition to those 17 people, a suspect was secretly indicted, meaning their identity won't be revealed until an arrest has been made or court papers served.
