Norwalk to schedule hazardous waste day

The city will set a day in the fall to accept hazardous waste at no charge to residents thanks to a $22,500 appropriation from city council. "They will take everything that is brought to them that day, but we only have to pay $22,500," Safety-Service Director Dale Shepherd said. Environmental Enterprises, Inc.of Cincinnati will handle the project.
