Willard man gets 4-year prison term for robbery

A Willard man was sentenced to four years in prison Thursday immediately after pleading guilty to robbing an Ohio 103 business. Jeremy Kirk, 24, of 557 Pearl St., also was fined $500 for the Dec. 4 incident at the Willard convenience store. He had a mask on his head and was armed with a toy gun when he demanded money from a clerk who didn't comply, Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said.

A Willard man was sentenced to four years in prison Thursday immediately after pleading guilty to robbing an Ohio 103 business.
