An Erie County grand jury has indicted 24 people.
The following are the people who were indicted and their charges:
Terry T. Thomas on domestic violence.
Brian L. Sanders on felonious assault.
Justin Willard on possession of heroin.
Joy A. Kidd on driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, DUI refusal.
Andrew C. Hansen on four counts burglary, complicity to burglary, felonious assault, aggravated burglary.
Katie S. Wilson on possession of heroin, theft, tampering with evidence, burglary, complicity to commit attempted murder, complicity to commit aggravated robbery.
Laura Purcell on complicity to commit attempted murder, complicity to commit aggravated robbery.
Daniel R. Gibbs on harassment by inmate.
Tony I. Brown on vandalism.
Randy E. Kimble aka Richard Kimble on receiving stolen property.
Robert W. Long III on two counts felonious assault.
Amy L. Fitz on theft.
Sterling Tackett on four counts complicity to commit aggravated possession of drugs, four counts complicity to commit aggravated preparation of drugs for sale, forfeiture.
Ashley M. Wilburn on four counts complicity to commit aggravated possession of drugs, four counts complicity to commit aggravated preparation of drugs for sale.
Eric J. Smith on two counts aggravated burglary, three counts theft, breaking and entering.
Kristie L. Braun on two counts complicity to commit possession of heroin, complicity to commit possession of drugs, complicity to tampering with evidence.
Mark Mizer on two counts complicity to commit possession of heroin, possession of drugs, complicity to commit tampering with evidence.
Frederick L. Watson on domestic violence, felonious assault, two counts disrupting a public service.
John W. Johnson III on three counts aggravated possession of drugs, two counts possession of drugs.

In addition to those 23 people, one person was secretly indicted, meaning his or her identity won't be made public until an arrest is made or court papers are served.
