2 lbs. hamburger
64 oz. bottle of salsa
2 16-oz. packages of shredded cheddar cheese
12 round flour tortillas
1 tablespoon of chili powder or taco seasoning Brown hamburger meat in skillet and drain well. Spray 13 by 9 inch baking pan and lay four tortilla shells on bottom. Add salsa and chili powder/taco seasoning to drained hamburger and warm to 160 degrees. Pour 1/3 meat mixture on tortilla shells and top with 1/3 shredded cheese. Repeat for three layers of tortillas, meat and cheese. Spray tin foil with cooking spray so it doesn't stick to cheese and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to make cutting servings easier. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
