A Willard teenager won't be tried as an adult for several burglaries and thefts after agreeing to a plea deal Monday. Kevin Czupik, 18, of 39 Washington St., pleaded guilty to complicity to burglary and complicity to theft of firearms for the Dec. 8 and 17 incidents he committed when he was 17. The state, in exchange, dismissed three theft charges stemming from both dates and two counts of breaking and entering out of two Dec. 17 incidents. Prosecutors also withdrew their June 14 motion to have Czupik's case transferred to common pleas court.
