Troopers: Driver in March 23 fatality had trace of alcohol in system but not enough to impair him

State troopers determined a Wakeman motorist had a trace of alcohol in his system when he was killed in a crash about four months ago. The blood-alcohol content (BAC) level of Michael T. Cooksey, 28, of 2658 Chenango Road, tested at .009 percent, Trooper Montei Sexton said in his report released today. The legal limit for drivers in Ohio is .08 percent.
