Collins resident named 'Caregiver of the Year'

Last year, Collins resident Debra Mooney was honored as CAREGiver of the fourth quarter with Home Instead Senior Care.

Recently, a shocked Mooney was recognized as CAREGiver of the Year for all of 2012.

"I don't do what I do to be recognized," she said. "I do it to help the people."
