Two people were taken to a local hospital after a crash at the intersection of Oak Street and Norwood Avenue.
Eugene Clay, 67, of Cornelia, Ga., was charged with a stop sign violation in connection with the crash at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday.
Zachary Shupp, 22, of 248 E. Main St., New London, was taken to Fisher-Titus Medical Center with undisclosed injuries. His passenger, Scott Smith, 22, of 2980 Washburn Road, Willard, also was taken to Fisher-Titus with undisclosed injuries.
