Grand jury indicts 25

Charges range from herion crimes and other drug-related activities to felonious assault and attempted rape.

An Erie County grand jury has indicted 25 people.

Here are the names of the people indicted and their charges:

Jamaar A. Hayward aka Jacob R. Hayward aka Jamaar R. Hayward on two counts non-support of dependents.

Sharvia L. Cherry on assault.

Jeffrey G. Facemire on disrupting a public service, two counts domestic violence.

Charlene M. Lacy on complicity to commit burglary, complicity to commit theft, forfeiture.

James P. Murphy on possession of heroin.

Matthew Barthel on burglary.

Terry Hardin on five counts breaking and entering, three counts grand theft, two counts vandalism, having a weapon while under disability.

Leslie A. Shepherd on complicity to commit possession of heroin, complicity to commit possession of dangerous drugs.

Jasper J. Meade on complicity to commit possession of heroin, complicity to commit possession of dangerous drugs.

Julian A. Clinton on burglary.

Joshua C. Hamm on possession of heroin, complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Nichole M. Hamm on complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Jonathon Kochensparger on complicity to commit possession of heroin.

Dustin F. Routsong aka David Routsong on breaking and entering, vandalism, possession of heroin.

Roger B. Oates on felonious assault.

Regina L. Ward on two counts driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Benjamin S. Miller on failure to verify/register address.

Jessica L. Cherry on possession of heroin, tampering with evidence.

Eddie D. Frederick on two counts abduction, gross sexual imposition, two counts attempted rape.

In addition to those 19 defendants, another six people were secretly indicted, meaning their names and charges will not be made public until arrests have been made or court papers served.
