Immediate family: Helen, 26 (and husband Doug); Zach, 25; Rob, 18; Kate 15.

Education: St. Paul High School graduate and two years Firelands.

Occupation: Secretary at St. Paul High School for 15+ years.

What exactly do you do?: A little of everything.

What was your first job?: Babysitting at 50 cents an hour.

Dumbest customer request or question? Do you allow pets at your soccer games?

What is your dream job? The job I have with the addition of small kitchen so I could bake.

The most challenging part of my job is: Dealing with 20 people at once.

Most rewarding?: Dealing with 20 people at once.

Biggest guilty pleasure? Reading a good book and ignoring everything else.

Favorite childhood memory: Family vacations. My parents always took us somewhere. Could be only Lake Erie, but often somewhere on the East Coast.

Best thing about living in Norwalk? Friendly place. Great place to raise a family.

What do you like to do when not working? Read and bake.

What's been the best car you've ever owned? VW Rabbit and Honda Civic (It's a tie.)

How do you relieve stress? Bake.

Name your favorite place to eat: At home.

The best advice I ever got was: Do the best you can at whatever you do; help when you see a need both from my mom who was a Saint!

People would be surprised to know that I: Used to be a deputy sheriff.

My dream house would have: a large kitchen and at least a gas fireplace.
