A rural Greenwich woman is facing drug-related charges after a traffic stop Thursday on Ohio 61 just south of Ohio 598 near New Haven.
Holly Goines, 47, of Plymouth-East Road, Greenwich, was charged with possession of heroin, which is a fifth-degree felony, after Deputy John Vogel made the arrest, assisted by the K-9 unit.
Goines was pulled over due to a vehicle defect," Major Greg Englund said.
"She had heroin in the vehicle and crack pipes," Englund said.
The arrest occurred at 10:51 a.m.
She's being held at the county jail.

lol another pic that needs to be taken down.
Leave it. It's great for my diet. I don't understand it. Cheech and Chongs everywhere. Except with these folks, it's more than pot. Don't they know that snorting powered Sweet Tarts does the same thing though the high is only about 90 percent of the heroin BUT last an hour longer? The things I learned in California! Pulled over for a vehicle defect? Could it have been the drivers side springs?
re: believe it
