Boy, 16, charged in five-vehicle accident

A 16-year-old Norwalk boy was charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance in connection with a five-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. Tyler R. Miller, of 99 Corwin St., was going about 30 mph when the 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix he was driving hit the rear of the stopped vehicle driven by Meghan M. Lukcso, 25, of Parma, in the 300 block of Milan Avenue.

A 16-year-old Norwalk boy was charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance in connection with a five-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon.
