Phone survey will help us better serve you

Starting this week, Ohio University will be calling the citizens of Huron County on behalf of the Norwalk Reflector. You may be asked a series of questions about what you like and don't like about the newspaper. We realize that answering these things is annoying, but we ask you to play along anyway. We put this survey in the field to help us do a better job serving you.

After all, we are a business, and like any good business, we endeavor to serve you, our customers, as well as possible.

Additionally, we would like to apologize in advance if any of our surveyors (college students on a work-study plan) call you during dinner.
