HIGHWAY PATROL

Kendra Shelley, 21, of 5093 Ohio 162, Willard, was cited for reasonable control Tuesday on Ohio 99 after her vehicle exited the roadway and struck a ditch.

Emily A. Myers, 19, of 445 Ohio 61, Monroeville, was cited for reasonable control Saturday on Peru Center Road after her vehicle exited the roadway and came to rest on a guard rail.

Mary E. Rush, 54, of Grosse Ile, Mich., was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign Saturday on Ohio 18 after her vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Paula A. Taylor, 38, of 2531 Arcade Road. Taylor was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center by North Central EMS, where she was treated and released.

NORWALK FIRE

Responded to 20 Ontario St. at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday for a downed power line. Secured the scene until Ohio Edison arrived. Returned to station at 9:33.

Responded to Grove Avenue at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday for a pedestrian-vehicle accident. Returned to station at 9:55.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 327 Milan Ave. at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday. Returned to station at 4:32.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 22-B Summit St. at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday. Returned to station at 9:25.

NORWALK POLICE

Mark W. McCoy, 51, of North Royalton, was cited for a stop-sign violation Wednesday on East Water Street after his vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Jean I. King, 41 Patrician Drive.

Heather Galvez, no age or address available, was cited for driving under suspension Wednesday. She was given a court date and her her car was towed and license plates seized.

Keenan D. Burton, 26, of 23 Newton St., Apt. 3-B, was cited for criminal mischief Wednesday. He was given a court date.

An employee of a Benedict Avenue business told police someone drove off without paying for $40.51 in gasoline Wednesday.

Received a false alarm report from a U.S. 20 business Wednesday.

A Fox Glove Drive, New London, resident reported a suspicious vehicle Wednesday.

A loose horse was reported on Chenango Road near Wakeman Wednesday.

A Greenwich East Town Line Road 79, Greenwich, resident told police their yard was turfed Wednesday.

A Hasbrock Road resident reported a suspicious vehicle Wednesday.

Deputies responded to a verbal dispute at an Ohio 162, Monroeville, address Wednesday.

A Lamereaux Road, Monroeville, resident told police a vehicle went off the road on to private property Wednesday.

A New State Road resident told police someone had shot a hole in his vehicle sometime Wednesday.

Deputies responded to a Broad Street, Willard, address for a possible domestic situation Wednesday.

A Laurel Road resident reported a vehicle on fire on the roadway Wednesday. Townsend Fire Department and the Highway Patrol assisted.

MONROEVILLE PD

The Huron County Sheriff's Office received a 9-1-1 call Tuesday about domestic violence at a Surrey Court apartment. Tanner J. DeMore, 20, of 20 Surrey Court, Apt. 1D, Monroeville, was charged with domestic violence and released to his mother.
