"She's a good kid at home," probation officer Phil Charville said.

The 15-year-old New London girl in question is charged with inducing panic in connection with emailing a low-level bomb threat to New London Local Schools from a classroom Nov. 19. She made her first appearance Tuesday morning in Huron County Juvenile Court.

A story about the hearing was published in Wednesday's Reflector.

You are jumping to conclusions way too fast. This girl might have had trouble with being bullied at school, which is what motivates most kids to come up with hit lists and bomb threats these days. These kids are young and don't know the consequences of saying things they might not truly mean. Don't make final judgements about someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes.
