Norwalk council could pass budget tonight

The potential is there for Norwalk city council to pass a number of items during tonight's regular session.

Though council members have planned to pass the 2013 budget at the Dec. 18 meeting, Councilman Chris Mushett pointed out if no council members have any additional questions, there's nothing stopping council from passing the budget Tuesday.
