Four people were taken to a local hospital Friday morning after a crash at the intersection of U.S. 224 and Bullhead Road.
James A. Richard, 19, of Wooster, was charged with failure to yield after the Buick he was operating collided head-on with a Honda Passport with four occupants.
Richard declined medical treatment.
The driver of the Passport, Janice Sutter, 64, of 300 block of Broadway St., Plymouth, along with her husband, James Sutter, 68, and their two grandchildren were transferred from the scene to Willard Mercy Hospital, with undisclosed injuries.
