This year, Bill Bader Jr., president of Summit Motorsports Park, hopes to create an event of merriment at Light Up Norwalk from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Saturday in Uptown Norwalk. The event is being planned in partnership with Main Street Norwalk, a division of the Norwalk Economic Development Corporation, that serves the Uptown Norwalk Historic District.
