Willard Middle School building coming down this summer

Cost-saving measure to put middle school students in high school building next fall

The Willard City Schools district will save more than $458,000 from the new school building project by razing the current middle school this summer.

The school board has decided to do that, and as a result, middle school students next year will study in the same building as high school students. However, middle school students will remain in the current building for the remainder of this school year.
