Norwalk's Oglesby takes OBC position

SANDUSKY Ohio Business College welcomes Tarina Oglesby as Career Services Coordinator.

Oglesby lives in Norwalk with her husband, Sean, and two children, Giorgio, 16, and Salvatore, 12.

Oglesby has joined the staff at OBC to work with the students on resume preparation, interviewing techniques and aligning interviews for positions related to their field of study. Oglesby is also responsible for the externship program which is a prerequisite for all OBC Associate Degree graduates. Students are place at professional business sites where they will earn college credit and gain hands-on experience related to their degree in fields such as legal assistant, medical administrative assistant, PC support, human resource management, administrative office, business administration, accounting and Web page design. This program offers students an invaluable experience in relating their studies to the actual professional environment.

Career services is a significant amenity of Ohio Business College and is offered as a lifetime service to all graduates. Ohio Business College graduates approximately 100 students each year who are equipped with the skills employers are seeking in today's market. Ohio Business College is accredited as a Career College by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools and is authorized to grant associate degrees in applied business and applied science by the State Board of Career Colleges.
