Blue Ribbon Catering and Chef's Market has a new owner -- but the business philosophy of the previous owner will remain the same: "Extremely high quality" food and service.
Joe Viviano IV became the new owner of the 50 N. Prospect St. eatery at the beginning of November. The previous owner, Norwalk resident Paul Lindenberger, retired after more than 40 years in the food business.
A feature story about Viviano was published on the front page of Monday's Reflector.

Best wishes for much success!
With local sm. businesses dropping like flies and govt. rules, regs and taxation becoming increasingly onerous, it's good to see someone with the spirit to attempt to persevere in a difficult environment.
