Fruit Pizza

1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough 8 ounces cream cheese

1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough

8 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces Cool Whip

Glaze:

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons water

1 1/2 teaspoons corn starch

Fruit:

Pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, bananas, grapes, blueberries Roll out cookie dough onto an ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cookie dough. Combine orange juice, water and corn starch in pan. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring well. Cool. Arrange fruit slices on cream cheese in an attractive design. Brush cooled glaze over sliced fruit and keep refrigerated.
