A break-in suspect and heroin possessor have been convicted of felonies.

Ava S. Sword, 32, of Wellington, pleaded guilty Friday in Huron County Common Pleas Court to breaking and entering in connection with a May 15 incident.

Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said Sword stole a pipe from her husband's cousin

"We suspect that it may be drug related but we could not pin that down," Leffler said.

Sword was released from jail on her own recognizance.

In an unrelated case Friday, Gary A. Polacheck pleaded guilty to his indictment, which accuses him of possession of heroin. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 13. He posted bond.

We SUSPECT it drug related but couldn't pin it down? Yet the the headlines state heroin processor?

"possessor" YMMS. Is this what an addict looks like at 32? I thought she was at LEAST 60...

Sitting In The ...

I agree PI. Interesting that she was arrested by the Sheriff's Office according to court documents which would mean they told the Huron County Prosecutor that they believe she was on drugs yet for a reason we'll never know (snitching) she wasn't given a drug test. That top notch police work Sheriff keep up the great work.
