A rural Willard man has been arrested for his role in the theft of a number of street signs.
Scott Allen Smith, 21, of 3096 Washburn Road, was charged with receiving stolen property after he and some of his friends stole street and road signs from areas of Huron, Lorain and Crawford counties, according to Huron County Sheriff's Detective Josh Querin. The charge is a first-degree misdemeanor.
